Leaving enough time for photography.

It is very important when planning a late fall/ winter wedding to make sure that you plan enough time before the ceremony for portraits.  In most cases the sun has set by the time there ceremony is over, and natural light portraits are nearly impossible. We highly encourage all of our clients to consider seeing each other before the ceremony and doing most, if not all of their portraits at that time.  We also feel that it is very important to secure an indoor location (as Nicole and Brian did here at Hartford City Hall), as the weather is very unpredictable at this time of the year (not to mention FREEZING!)  So be sure to brainstorm with your photographer about timing and locations for your photographs before your ceremony for all weddings, but especially for late fall and winter weddings!
