Alyson’s Orchard Shoot | designed by Perennial Studio

New Hampshire falls are amazing — do we need to say anymore  after looking at these photos?  We had a crystal clear day in October for yet another fabulous shoot with a very talented team of local wedding vendors.  And our host for the day was none-other than the team at Alyson’s Orchard in Walpole, NH with it’s amazing country backdrop.

The shoot involved 4 design teams each with a bride.  The mission was to design a table to fit the Alyson’s Orchard setting within a particular wedding budget.  While we want the designs to be inspirational, we also like them to be practical to obtain!  So let’s meet our first team who designed for an overall wedding budget of $50,000:

photography Mark Davidson
floral and event design Perennial Studio
paper products Anastasia Designs
rentals Be Our Guest
hair and makeup MJD & Company (Megan Basset, makeup | Rebecca Cormier, hair)
dresses Madeleine’s Daughter
jewelry and outerwear Puttin’ on the Glitz

And of course, our STUNNING bride Lisa!  Each of our brides dressed for two looks; one with a more formal look and one with a casual twist playing with some really great accessories from Madeleine’s Daughter and Puttin’ on the Glitz.  Accessories can certainly enhance your wedding style, and when we saw this rust-colored hat with jewel embellishments, it was a must have to fit in with the fall background.  So playing with your jewelry or smaller accessories throughout your day can add just enough change-up rather than a whole new dress!

Stay tuned when we share with you a closer look into the table design and the inspiration behind the design concept by Jennifer of Perennial Studio.

Mount Washington Wedding | Earl Christie Photography

Massachusetts photographer, Earl Christie Photography, captured some of the amazing views surrounding this Mount Washington wedding. With beautiful scenery and a completely natural setting at Mount Washington, I couldn’t begin to image having breathtaking views as background to all of my wedding photos. I can’t help but notice the happiness beaming behind the bride and her father’s small smiles before they make their walk down the isle. Also, the yellow flower pin in her hair.. I’m wearing a pink one and I’m beginning to think I could use another..! Check out Earl Christie’s blog to see more of his recent uploads.
