Prepare to Wed Selection Process

Members of the Prepare To Wed are selected in a couple of ways. And since we understand the industry -- we're wedding planners, it's our job -- we want to take the guess work out of the equation for couples. We select members based on talent and experience, and of course are always looking to diversify the group of vendors. All members of Prepare to Wed have shown us that they deserve to be a part of our family, and here's how:

1. A vendor has a respected brand and has been in the industry for multiple years.
2. A vendor hasn't been in the industry for multiple years, but has a complete understanding of the business, is priced fairly according to their experience level, and has something creative to offer couples.
3. A vendor has on online presence -- website, blog, Twitter or Facebook

Now, to the nitty gritty of how the world works . . . Prepare to Wed charges a small monthly fee for its membership based on market and budget. We are constantly building and improving on the platform, as well as marketing to drive brides to our vendors. Our mission for our vendors is to get them more business, period. We are very fortunate to be in a business that we all love and we feel that giving back as an industry is important, we donate 5% of our profits to Pink initiative. Pink Initiative is a collection of wedding industry professionals and private donors dedicated to funding awareness, outreach, education and research for breast cancer.
